How to Play Megabucks Plus

Tri-State Megabucks is a $2 game that starts the jackpot at $1 million and has a second-tier prize of $30,000. It offers the BEST overall odds of any of our games at 1 in 5.9! This game is available locally in New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont, which means all of the winners are local. Why not try your luck at playing? There’s a pretty good chance the next winner could be you! Every time a Tri-State Megabucks® ticket is purchased in New Hampshire, all profits remain in the state and are earmarked for education.

  1. Each play costs $2 for each draw, and one play consists of a two-part panel. You may purchase a ticket good for up to 20 draws by selecting a draw number under the "draws" column. Total ticket cost will depend on the number of panels and draws you play.
  2. Use pencil or black pen. If you make an error, DO NOT ERASE. Instead, mark the Void box for that play. Select 5 numbers from 1 through 41 on the upper section and one number from 1 through 6 on the lower section; to Easy Pick (EP), mark the "EP" box on the play slip and let the Lottery terminal randomly pick your numbers for you. You may play up to 5 times on this play slip.
  3. Check the play slip for accuracy and present to a Lottery Retailer for processing. Important: It is the player's responsibility to check the accuracy of all tickets prior to leaving the retail location. Please sign your ticket immediately to show ownership. Cancellations are allowed in Tri-State Megabucks®.
  4. You may purchase a Tri-State Megabucks® ticket until 7:50 p.m. (ET) on the evening of the draw.
